Worst experience ever, I do not know if they changed the owners... First appointment time was given, had to wait 40 minutes, then finally when my it was my time for my pedicure, they cut my nail down way shorter than wanted, leaving me in pain and bleeding. The color wasn't even what I choose... Worst 38$ spent. I just wanted to leave.
I have been going to Regal Nail Salon for almost 10 years, and I can honestly say the service is always excellent. Tu is absolutely amazing and takes such great care of my nails every single time. I have naturally very weak nails, but Tu has done a miracle job over the years, no matter what condition my nails were in. The salon always has a huge variety of beautiful colors and options to choose from, and the quality of the work is consistently outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and professional. I always leave happy with my nails and highly recommend Regal Nail Salon and Tu to anyone looking for exceptional service and care!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match the high prices they charge. The work itself was not done properly — the finishing was not clean, and it did not feel professional. On top of that, the behavior of the staff made me very uncomfortable. They were speaking in their own language and laughing, which felt like they were judging or making fun of me. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Even after I tried to communicate and explain my concerns, I did not feel heard or respected. For the price they charge, I expected much better service, quality, and basic respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service and customer behavior.”
